  • The units come with oil contact monitoring (self-cleaning sensors), with preset levels of 15mg/l. Last stage discharge re-routes effluent, if above 15mg/l.
  • With higher densities of 0.985 available. Producing approximately 8mg/l.
  • Handles emulsions and oils with very high densities and has no limitation in oil particle size.
  • The treatment systems range size that we will be specifying; will be the 240mtd, as it is the most efficient. This size of unit comes modular in containers. The units are “plug and place” which allow you to take a unit offline for services without adversely affecting your daily flow, due to a low downtime for maintenance and operational costs.
  • Each treatment system is tested prior to delivery for a complete customer satisfaction, in accordance with I.M.O Resolution A.393 (X) / MEPC 60(33).
  • The bilge system can be specified to be explosion-proof automation (Class I Div. I)
  • Electrical power supply: Single or Three Phase, 50 or 60Hz

Slop Oil Treatment System

  • An additional piece of complementary technology that works hand in hand with the Bilge Treatment System allowing you to expand your product and customer base. Dealing with “Tank Bottom/Sludge, Waste Pits.”
  • Three Phase Separation process
  • The Slop System generates income from the recovery of the products from the solids and the emulsified sludge.
  • The recovered oil can under go an additional stage to dehydrate it to 500mg/l water content and reduce the particle count ISO 14/12/9 cleanliness levels without utilizing any filters.
  • Working in conjunction with the Bilge Treatment System; the oil content in the water discharge is 0mg/l.
  • Heavy metals are removed from the sludge and pathogens are destructed.
